Hi,
I really really would like any advice on my problem with Norton 360 online Backup. I've tried the online chat and I also phoned Norton but in both cases they couldn't help me and it gets a little frustrating.
So here is my problem:
I would like to use the Norton 360 online backup service. If I go to BackupDetails --> ManageBackup Sets--> Where I can see that 93% of my online backup storage (at Secure Online Storage) is already used. This must have happen when I onced backup my old computer. My old computer DOES NOT exists anymore. Anyway, I can't delete the backup since the 'delete backed up files' is grey, i.e. I can't press that button. Now I thought I check online at https://nobu.backup.com/ if I can delete my backup. BUT I can't. No files are shown and no computer or anything, except that my storage is already 93% full.
So my question here is, can a staff member from Norton just log onto the server a delete my old files (which I can't even see) so that I have the full 2GB available?? Why is that so hard?? Why can't I even see my backed up files??
Any help with that problem would be much appreciated. Thank you!
