Thank you for the advice.
I ran the McAfee uninstall and it seemed to work OK. This did not fix the problem with Outlook and Norton. I assume that I will need to run the remove and reinstall program to fix that.
I checked the product manager again and there was no change. I grabbed a screen image, and blacked out my prodect key.
Device A and Device D refer to the same machine and use up two of my three licenses. Device B is the machine I want to get licensed, I started the uninstall about 27 hours ago. There doesn't seem to be any way to stop it.
Can you suggest something else I can try?
