Thanks for your advice.

I did as you suggested and checked the Norton AntiSpam plug in, but it wouldn't stay checked and the problem wasn't fixed.

I did find a solution. I checked the Norton Antispam plug in and then clicked remove. Then I clicked add and found the file for the plug in at: C:\Program Files (x86)\Norton Internet Security\Engine\21.5.0.19\msouplug.dll

Then I checked the box and clicked OK. That solved the problem.
