NPE is an advanced tool which should be used under the guidance of a malware removalist. If you let NPE remove the wrong files, you could end up with a computer that can't be rebooted or used.
Nationzoom is a PUP I believe. Instead of trying to remove this malware on your own, you should visit one of the free malware removal sites to get rid of it properly. There removal sites work with you on a 1 to 1 basis in a controlled environment. They will tell you the proper tools to use. They will also tell you when your computer is clean and will let you know when you can delete the tools used. Your N360 didn't try to remove it because Norton removes viruses and trojans and real malware and not malware which is just a nuisance, but doesn't really harm your computer.
Please go to one of these free Forums for help in removing your bad malware or rootkits.
(Thanks to Delph for providing the list of sites)
Please see this link for an up to date description of these sites plus the addition of a newly listed site formed by one of our successful malware remover users. The new site is listed first in this link.
