I have Norton Utilities 14 licenced for Windows 7 for use on 3 pc. I had to format my pc and after reinstalling the software I couldn't activate it anymore, error message 'your activation code has failed'. My computer is still the same as well as the OS. I have just activated Office and other software no problems, the only one that seems to be disabled by Norton is Norton Utilities. The chat support told me licences are perpetual, so what? Any suggestions?
