In case you aren't aware, most of us here are customers just like yourself. Symantec Employees have their name in bold red. Since we can't access your account, that is why I suggested you contact Customer Support as above.
The only other option you may have (that I know of) is if you can sign in to your Norton Account - https://account.norton.com/amsweb/default.do - and go to the View Order History link at the bottom of the page, you may see NU14 listed there. I would hope that if you download from there you get a pre-activated copy. If that doesn't work, then sorry, I'm all out of ideas.
