I had a Norton tech support person try to help me. We both thought the problem had been solved, but I still get the same message "Failed to Initialize Disk Doctor Engine" when I try to repair a disk. I went to Services and tried to start the Disk Doctor service manually, but it would not start. Neither does the Speed Doctor.
