I have uninstalled Norton Utilities 14 and installed NU 16, but it left a folder C:\Program Files (x86)\Norton Utilities 14, can I delete it?

If you also have a Norton Utilities 16 folder, you should be able to delete the '14' folder. Worst case scenario, would be a reinstall of NU16 if something went wrong after deletion.

Try downloading from www.norton.com/nu16 . You will need to activate it with the Product Key associated with NU16. It will be a different key than the one used for NIS. Let us know how you get on.
