Yes, the Norton Business Suite is a Comcast offered Product and is in fact Norton Internet Security Online. Following is a post I made in Feb 2013on the Comcast Forums:
If you read that post and follow the here. you will be taken to the Comcst Business Page. Once there follow the link to Visit Cloud Software Marketplace on lower right of that page. Click on the Go to Upware Marketplace button on the popup.
Then click on the Norton Icon and you will finally end up on this page:

From there you can gather the information you desire. Specifically the Editions and Pricing Tab on that page will tell you about the options in regards to licenses.
I have no answers as to why Comcast changed from the N 360 cloned version to this version of Norton - but can venture a guess that it had something to do with Norton Security Suite not having an online capablilty.
Anymore info your need would have to come from Comcast or Upward Marketing.
Have you mapped the external drive in Windows Explorer? SSR may need to have a drive that is always available.
When I run Norton Utilities '1 Click Optimization', why does it cause my Internet Browser to close? I have several tabs open and they are all closed and the work I am doing is gone.
Is it because of the Privacy setting?
Please help. I've used NU for years and all of a sudden the new product is totally different.

If you go to Settings > Privacy, you will see an option to Check for open internet browsers during Privacy clean. Uncheck that > Save.
Problem solved!
I ran NPE normally. NPE indicated it needed to reboot to perform it's magic, I allowed NPE to do that, it rebooted and ran. NPE did not report any issues and claimed to have not made any changes.
I then tried to reboot into Ubuntu Linux. The Grub screen came up, I choose Ubuntu, it started but then hung part way into booting Ubuntu Linux. Several attempts at booting Ubuntu hung at the same point.
From Grub, the system boots into Windows 7, just not into Ubuntu.
So it appears that NPE did something to the boot system that interfered with Ubuntu being able to boot.
Or it didn't put things back the way they were.
Obviously it has to make changes to be able to reboot into rootkit scan or whatever it does.
When it's done I bet it assumes everyone only uses Windows.
Thanks for the warning, I have a couple systems that also use Grub (Grub-4-DOS actually) because I like to boot directly into ISO's for different recovery disks.

No response from anyone to solve this solution! Typical of Norton! Time to quit using any Norton product!
As the user that does not have the password saved yet goes to that site, enter the correct password and you should be prompted to add the new password to your vault.
The users in the forum are just volunteers trying to help users from our experience with the Norton products. Users with names in bold red letters are Symantec employees. Any subscription or product key questions have to be handled by an employee or the Support department.
Did you try a second attempt to contact Support via online chat. Many times you may find the next agent may have a different way to look at your issue. You may find that the second try may get a solution for you.
I followed the same steps, 13 of the sites did verify but 5 did not, I tried different ways but they wont verify, can anyone help please.

The computer that was backed up is buried in a garage full of boxes from a recent move. I do have a product key available, but no installation disk. Is there a link I can use to download Ghost 15. I have a Windows 7 laptop.
