Problems with Norton Anti-Spam and Norton Management

I have two separate problems I need to solve.

I am using Norton Internet Security 21.5.0.19 on an HP ENVY 700-019 Desktop running Windows 8.1. My licence allows me to install NIS on up to three computers.

1.0 Norton anti spam tool bar not appearing in Outlook 2003

1.1 I noticed this after an install of Adobe Reader 11 also installed another antivirus program (McAfee I think). I uninstalled the anti virus program and thought every was OK, but then noticed that the anti spam tool bar was missing.

1.2 I checked the settings under Network / Message Protection and all the settings looked OK to me.

1.3 One article I found on-line suggested that the problem was with Outlook and could be fixed by switching off the junk mail feature of Outlook (Actions/Junk e-mail/Junk e-mail options/options - no automatic filtering). This made no difference.

1.4 Another article I found on-line suggested I down load and run the "Norton Remove and Reinstall Tool". (https://support.norton.com/sp/en/us/norton-internet-security/21.5.0.19/solutions/v60392881_EndUserProfile_en_us). I have not run this yet.

1.5 Before I ran remove and reinstall tool, I checked my program status on Norton Management, and ran into the second problem.

2.0 When I checked Norton manager, I found that I had four devices registered. The status of two of the devices were not as I wanted. My licence allows me to install NIS on up to three computers.

2.1 One device, a Vista computer, was reported to be using a trial version of NIS. It was supposed to be one of the licensed devices.

2.2 The second device no longer existed, but was still licensed. I had the hard drive on my HP ENVY fail and had it replaced. I gave the computer a new name when I did this, and it is licensed under that name. The name of the non existing device is the old name for the HP ENVY.

2.3 I tried to remove the non existing device by clicking on the remove device icon. The message "uninstalling" with a spinning circle appeared. After over an hour nothing has changed. The message "uninstalling" remains and the circle continues to spin.

2.4 I tried logging off the Norton website and logging on again. I had some problems logging again, but that seems OK now. This seems to have had no effect on the "uninstalling" message.

In summary:

1. I want to remove the licence from the non-existing device.

2. I want assign the licence to the VISTA machine that currently has a trial version.

3. I want to get the Anti-Spam toolbar back in Outlook.
