I was able to load the photobucket site, but unable to access any users photos without logging in. Without an account, I cannot do this to test.
I have asked

Norton Labs User Access Control
I have been using that on Windows Vista up until yesterday but today it has stopped working and will not re-install. Have Norton (or Microsoft - there was a large Windows Update today) made any changes which would cause this?
NPE misbehaving
Perhaps foolishly I ran NPE. I have run it successfully in the past. It chugs along until it gets to the point of "analyzing data". At this point it pops up a box stating "NPE has successfully restored internet connection. Host file and NPE proxy settings may have been modified." I said continue but it keeps looping back to this point. I at last said quit.
Questions/suggestions:
1) I snagged popup box test from another post. Why not allow cut/paste on your messages?
2) What was modified? Was it restored.
3) What the heck is going on? Do I have a problem.?
Machine seems fine, just being extra paranoid.
Re: NPE misbehaving
I did more digging and am seeing posts back to 2008 on this topic. Guess this is not a highly supported product. Hope it did no damage.
Re: Suggestion to FIX ConnectSafe DNS blocking pictures on photobucket
Hi nothing,
Our QA team hasn't been able to reproduce the issue. They logged in to photobucket, uploaded photos, navigated throughout the site, and browsed other users photobucket. In addition, they used Safeweb to check a few photobucket URLs including the one you mentioned but couldn’t find anything blocked.
Please try again, just in case the issue somehow is fixed
If problem persists, please send us the full photobucket URL , we can try to see if QA can reproduce it
Please let us know what you find out and we will go to the next troubleshooting step from here.
Thanks
Katie

Norton UAC Tool
Is this available anywhere?
Re: Suggestion to FIX ConnectSafe DNS blocking pictures on photobucket
Unless you sent KatieQ the links by PM, you have not replied with what she asked.
Please supply the full url to one or more of the photos so the team can test. Not just images of what you see.
Re: Norton UAC Tool
Isn't your windows having one?
Else you should turn off advanced program control in Norton settings.
Norton Zone Uninstall wont remove everything.
This is just a notification to all who are uninstalling or have already uninstalled Norton Zone.
Your backup of Norton Zone files are intact in your windowsdrive: \ Users\ %username%\ Norton Zone
and there is a task scheduler entry under norton zone.
Please remove them, if not necessary.
Problem NPE
Bizarre issue with Norton Power Eraser. I have Two Norton Power Eraser's. Both are legitimate, one I download ages back AND I have a second one that came built in to Norton 360 Premier Edition (or whatever, its exact name escapes me at this point). Anyway, the other day I clicked play on a vid on the Internet (my fault for going outside the outright (or at least by comparison) safe vid viewing of youtube) and got a windows update prompt (the legitimate type, the shield update sitting on the shutdown button).
Knew it was fake to an extent, but unsure what to do and stupidly not thinking I shut down.
Moment it booted up I ran a Full scan. After that I ran NPE from the NPE shortcut on my desktop after full scan was done. Nothing, no threats.
Now things get interesting. I would print screen, BUT I don't want the risk of the (likely) virus to spread to my laptop, so I'll explain. With no threats found I dismissed the risk of a threat, went net surfing for some stuff, fine. When I finished web surfing I ran ANOTHER NPE scan, this time from the one built in to Norton 360 Premier. THAT NPE scan found 11 threats. They were:
naveng.sys (in the list a few times)
navex15.sys (again, in the list a few times)
and: idsvix86.
Clicked remove threats, they fail to remove. After the fail to remove I retry, using the same NPE inside Norton 360 Premier, now it loops at "Norton Power Eraser has successfully restored Internet or Synmatec server connection" etc. etc. Occasionally the loop gets broken and you get the serach results. Same 11 threats. Same fail to remove, loop cycle starts again. Fed up with the continually looping, I decide to google research the 11 none removing threats, are they components of Norton? (they seem to be) If they are does that mean my Norton is infected/compromised
Re: Problem NPE
NPE is a powerful removal tool. It may cause false positives and delete legitimate files.
Rather than hanging with NPE, I suggest you to visit any of the free malware removal forums at below link.
