Norton ConnectSafe DNS is down. I can't even ping 199.85.126.10 or 199.85.127.10. When is it going to be fixed? Might have to stop using the service as it seems unreliable.

How are you determining it is down? I am using those DNS IPs and have no problem accessing web sites.
Just because you cannot ping the servers does not mean they are not working.

Internet was super slow, couldn't ping them and couldn't ping google.com etc.. Switch to google dns and it was working again. Maybe they are never pingable? can you ping them? Could of been something else i suppose.

I don't believe Ghost is compatible with W8.1 and in any case, Ghost is no longer supported.
Symantec System Recovery 2013 is almost identical to Ghost.

Norton Identity Safe ios app not available in Dutch Store?
I tried to download the Norton Identity Safe ios app with my Apple account that is linked to the Dutch store. I got a message that the product is not available in the Dutch Store. It is not possible to buy products unavailable in the store of the location I am in by switching to another store (e.g. US). I can see the app there, but not purchase it.
Is there a way to get the NIS app? Are there any plans to release this app to the Dutch store?

May have been a false alarm. My issue is most likely with the cable company. However, it seems strange and annoying that the ip addresses don't respond to pings.

Which version of the Windows operating system are you using? XP, Vista, Win 7 or Win8 or Win8.1 Also check what service pack is installed. The different OSs can have different solutions to a problem.
You can get this information by clicking on the start menu and typing "winver" in the search box(without the quotes)

You can get the app from the US Apple app store regardless of where you are located. You need to create a dummy account using a US address. It does not have to be a real address, but the Zip code must exist.
